"Speedy Service You Can Count On"
I was in a big hurry to place a large order with a tight deadline and asked for a quote. To my surprise, I got a response within the hour and managed to place my order that very day. The turnaround was lightning fast, and everything arrived just two days later, delivered to my doorstep the next day. Perfect for those urgent needs (in just 4 days!!!!) and the support team was super friendly!!

Amazing support! We were in a bind needing 250 T shirts on super short notice for a young musician's funeral. It was a tough and stressful time, but Jordan stepped up and did an awesome job. He even found the exact T shirt we needed for the band logo. Much appreciated!

"Steer clear of this company!"
This company is a total rip-off, no doubt about it. If I could rate them with zero stars, I definitely would. I ordered some Polo shirts and they hit me with a £20 fee for a logo change that wasn’t even necessary. The logo was so tiny on the shirts, it barely mattered. When I talked to Jordan, he mentioned that it usually would be larger—why wasn’t I informed about this from the get-go? To top it off, they charged me for delivery even though I picked the items up myself. What’s up with that? I’m planning to go to Citizens Advice and possibly take this to the small claims court to get my money back.

"Fantastic quality and service"
I ordered several t-shirts and caps for a work event, and I had a pretty tight deadline. They arrived right on the day I needed them and looked just like we envisioned. Jordan was super helpful, always quick to respond and made sure to get the correct details from me, even when I messed up the color count in the form :) Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend them.

"Overall a disappointing experience"
I paid extra for speedy shipping, but it ended up being delayed by nearly a week. They offered me two shirts instead of a refund for the shipping, which I was okay with. But guess what? I got four shirts, and the logo was totally the wrong color. They're completely useless, and they won't refund me. Seriously, how does a company not get that a logo is crucial for branding and it needs to be the right color?! To wrap it up...

"Great Experience Ordering a T-shirt During the Holidays"
I placed an order for a T-shirt right in the thick of the Christmas rush (just 3 days before the big day) and Jordan was super helpful in guiding me through the order and payment process with quick email replies. Honestly, I was really impressed by the friendly and efficient service I got (which is kinda hard to find nowadays). My order showed up just in time on Christmas Eve, and I’m one happy customer. "Fantastic Support"

"Absolutely Fantastic"
I couldn't have wished for a better, quicker, or more effective service than what I got from The T Shirt Man. My point of contact, Jordan, really grasped our company's needs, including some of the trickier details and the urgency of the job. The final product, custom printed football shirts for a friendly match where our CEO was playing, turned out to be of outstanding quality and at a very fair price.
